A must have for illness prevention, colds, flu, coughs, sore throat, fever, sinusitis, bronchitis and allergies.

Suggested Use: Adults - 1 - 2 Tablespoons 2-4 times per day.

Children 1/2 to 1 teaspoon 2-3 times per day.

Can be taken by the spoon full, added to hot water or added to sparkling water. Drizzle over pancakes, oatmeal or yogurt.

Shake well. Keep Refrigerated.
